Where should your AI investment start?
AI Readiness Diagnostic™
The AI Readiness Diagnostic™ tells your leadership team where to invest, in what order, and what to do first. In three weeks.
How an engagement runs
Three weeks from engagement to board-ready findings.
01
Online Assessment
Role-calibrated questions for executives, managers, and operational staff, through a secure portal. Twenty to sixty minutes per respondent, with no disruption to daily operations. A CFO sees different questions from a plant operations lead because readiness looks different from each seat.
02
Stakeholder Interviews
Structured conversations with key decision-makers to explore the context behind the numbers. Interview guides are pre-mapped to specific building blocks of the methodology, which means every conversation produces structured evidence not just quotes, but evidence that maps directly to the scoring framework. What surveys reveal, interviews explain.
03
Document Review
A focused review of the documents that show how the organisation actually operates: AI or digital strategy, process documentation, data governance, IT architecture. What an organisation has documented and kept current is the most reliable signal of capability.
We synthesise the three evidence streams, map the dependencies, score readiness, and produce your five deliverables. Findings are presented to your leadership team with clear next steps and named owners.

What gets assessed
Six dimensions,
One connected view
Strategy & Vision
Data
Whether AI ambition is tied to specific business goals, or floating above them.
Whether the data AI would need is trusted, owned, and accessible — or assumed to be.
Processes
Technology
Whether the workflows AI would change are documented well enough to redesign.
Whether the infrastructure can carry AI into production, not just a pilot.
Skills & Capabilities
Governance
Whether the people who would run and govern AI exist, or still need building.
Whether decisions, risk and oversight are designed for AI, or being improvised as it arrives.
Readiness is not one number. It is the state of six things, and how they depend on each other.
What gets assessed
Six questions to ask anyone selling you a readiness assessment
Including us. A structured framework is only as good as what stands behind it.
1
Does it end in a score, or a
sequence?
A number tells you where you stand. It does not tell you what to do about it, or in what order.
2
Is the evidence triangulated, or self-reported?
A survey alone captures what people believe. Ask what independently verifies it.
3
Are the findings sequenced by dependency?
Ask whether the report tells you which gaps are blocking which others or simply lists them.
4
Is every claim traceable to a named source?
Ask to see the evidence behind a specific finding. If it cannot be shown, the finding cannot be defended to your board.
5
Who actually does
the work?
Ask who is in the interviews, who writes the findings, and who presents them and whether that is the same person throughout.
6
What happens if the answer is "not yet"?
Ask what the provider does when the evidence does not support moving forward. The answer tells you whether you can trust the ones that say go.
