What we collect

Website visitors. Wix, our website platform, collects standard analytics including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser and approximate location. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. It is only collected where you have consented to analytics cookies.

Booking information. When you schedule a conversation through Calendly, you provide your name, email address and any additional information you choose to include. Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy.

Contact form. If you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address and message content. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Client engagements. If you engage us for the AI Readiness Diagnostic or any other service, additional data handling applies. This is governed by the Engagement Scope and Terms of Reference signed before any engagement begins, and may include survey responses from your organisation's participants, stakeholder interview recordings and transcripts, and internal documents provided for review.

All client data is handled in accordance with our internal Data Handling and AI Tools Protocol, which governs data minimisation, anonymisation, tool-specific protections, and defined retention and deletion timelines.
